Shipping Policy

Our Shipping is $10.00 to a Standard delivery address or $15.50 to a Rural delivery address throughout all of New Zealand.  This covers a NZ Post Non-signature Courier upgrade. This means your parcel should reach you (once completed and processed) in their targeted time of 1-2 days. Please bear in mind though, if there are any hold ups or delays – they are to do with the courier company – not us.  However we do track all of our items that have been sent out and make every effort to reach out to you if there seems to be a courier related hold up.

The processing of your item is usually quite fast.  More often than not this will be within a minimum of 12 hours once your order has been placed, however it can be longer if we are processing a large amount of orders.  However, you can expect normally for an item to be shipped the following day.

Custom orders will of course take a little bit longer as the item will need to be made first – this process can take from 4 to 7 days.

Refund Policy

If you have purchased a pendant and are wanting to return it due to change of mind – we will offer full refund for the product (not shipping).  However to receive your full refund we request the item look as new and for the item to be redelivered in its original packaging, and well protected - please note - this is at the buyers expense.  Your refund will not be received until the item is returned and we have checked the item for damages.  Any damage to the piece which effects its ability to be re-sold will void any warranty.  Also your items needs to be sent within the time-frames mentioned further down.  If your item goes missing by post on its return back to us - we will not be able to offer a refund, hence we encourage a few extra dollars be spent for a tracked courier service.

Please note – that earrings are not included in this due to hygiene purposes, this is why we have included measurements to help with your decision – we ask that you please choose carefully.

Cancellation, Return, Exchange Policy

To exchange a pendant we we ask that you please contact us within 24hrs from receiving your pendant.  Furthermore any returns will require the item to look as new and for the item to be redelivered in its original packaging and be well protected for transit – if the item is broken during its returning courier trip, we will not provide a refund.  Paying for a tracked courier service is highly recommended.

We will not provide exchanges or returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Please ensure you dispatch items back within:  Your item will need to be dispatched in original packaging and well protected within 7 days of contacting us.

Request a cancellation: You may request a cancellation before your item has been dispatched, just contact us for reimbursement and we will offer a full refund.  The time limit for this is usually 12 hours from purchase, however please note this may not always apply, so we encourage you to contact us sooner to avoid the item being sent.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons so please choose carefully.
  • Giftcards

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to damage.  Remember if a piece can not be re-sold in a new state a warranty will be void.

Australia Shipping 

Currently shipping to Australia is via NZ Post - Economy; at a set price of NZ $30.00.  However this is only for products up to a value of $250.00.  This is because the amount reimbursed via NZ Post if the items are lost is up to $250.00.  To help us protect you and us, we have provided a price cap.  However if you are wanting to order a larger amount - this is still possible; but it will be done via Courier at a higher price.  This is to be arranged via us and the customer.

All Cancellation, Exchange, Refund Policies are the same regardless of Country.
